Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the eg444 website accessible at eg444.ws, including all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and software made available by eg444.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and BDT wallet balance.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports betting market or casino game offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) that are available for wagering and withdrawal once any applicable verification requirements have been satisfied.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by eg444 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and address in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on qualifying games or markets before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the eg444 account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You accept these Terms without reservation or qualification;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves real financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered.

These Terms are effective from the date of your Account registration and remain in effect until your Account is closed, whether by you or by eg444. eg444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The eg444 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Persons under the age of 21 are expressly prohibited from registering an Account, making any deposit, or placing any wager. eg444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the 21+ requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restriction

Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the eg444 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. eg444 is an offshore-licensed platform. Players must not register or use the Platform if doing so would breach any applicable law in the territory from which they are accessing the service. eg444 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one Account on the eg444 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All Accounts opened in excess of the first registered Account may be closed without notice and any associated balances forfeited.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts on the eg444 Platform are for the personal use of the registered Account holder only. Sharing login credentials, allowing a third party to operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another individual is expressly forbidden.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials at all times. You must select a strong password and must not share your username or password with any other person. eg444 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify eg444 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

eg444 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Player to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification card, a passport, a national identity card, a utility bill, or a bank or mobile wallet statement dated within three months. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by eg444 may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eg444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. eg444 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the eg444 Platform is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per month depending on the payment method used and the Account's verification status. Players are advised to consult the deposit page within their Account for current limits applicable to their chosen payment method.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's Account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in the Account balance. eg444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the eg444 Account.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the eg444 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to Player funds. eg444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. eg444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same Account.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to verified mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 minutes of request submission during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 banking days. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers additional security review.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply depending on the Player's Account tier and verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds balance. Only the Real-Money Balance portion of an Account is available for withdrawal at any time prior to wagering requirement completion.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by eg444 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game-type restrictions (e.g., certain live casino tables or specific slot games contributing at a reduced percentage) will be clearly stated on the promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

eg444 strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using multiple Accounts; placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements; using Bonus Funds in conjunction with any prohibited betting strategy. Where bonus abuse is detected, eg444 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently close the Player's Account.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically upon expiry without further notice.

Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on the eg444 Platform are accepted subject to these Terms and the specific sports betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. eg444 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where eg444 reasonably suspects irregular betting activity, odds errors, or market manipulation.

8.2 Odds and Markets

Odds quoted on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager. eg444 offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international fixtures), basketball, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability is subject to change.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by eg444 in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport's rules; the bet was accepted at an erroneous odds price due to a technical error; the relevant market is settled incorrectly and subsequently corrected. Voided bets result in the original stake being returned to the Player's Account balance.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to a brief delay between the real-world event and the Platform's data feed. eg444 is not liable for any discrepancy arising from this delay. eg444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

Casino & Games Rules

9.1 RNG and Live Casino

All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games available on the Platform use certified random outcome engines that have been independently tested for fairness. Live casino products are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and are subject to the game rules displayed within each live table environment.

9.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, eg444's system logs are used to determine the correct game state at the time of the malfunction. eg444's determination in such matters is final. Malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected game round, and the stake for that round will be returned to the Player.

9.3 Maximum Win Limits

eg444 may apply a maximum win limit per single game round or per day for certain games or game categories. Where a maximum win cap applies, it will be displayed within the relevant game interface or game information panel. Winnings exceeding the applicable cap may be adjusted to the maximum permitted amount.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eg444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by eg444;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display errors to place bets or make withdrawals at incorrectly calculated odds or values;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform as a vehicle for processing illegally obtained funds;
• Registering more than one Account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling;
• Engaging in any conduct that eg444 reasonably determines to be disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Players, eg444 staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by eg444

eg444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in any form of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, or if account activity raises compliance or security concerns that require investigation.

11.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting eg444 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified Real-Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no new Account may be registered by the same individual. Responsible Gaming

eg444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders that alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the Player's net session activity can be activated via Account settings.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from gambling by requesting a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: As described in Section 11.3, permanent or time-limited self-exclusion is available upon request.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eg444 employs industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible in plain text by eg444 staff. eg444 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eg444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, market settlements, or void bets;
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Errors in odds, market settlement, or game results that are promptly corrected by eg444 in accordance with these Terms;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay;
• Loss of data or Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain Account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit eg444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

eg444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, eg444 will notify registered Players by email to the address registered on their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at eg444.ws/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eg444 holds its offshore gaming licence. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable local law.

16.2 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the eg444 Platform, including game outcomes, withdrawal processing, bonus disputes, or account management, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat. eg444 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 7 business days. All complaints and their outcomes are logged and reviewed as part of our continuous service improvement process.

16.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms applicable to bonuses claimed by you, constitute the entire agreement between you and eg444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
